Curt Malizzi

Curt Malizzi grew up on a farm in Pennsylvania, where hard work, discipline, and perseverance were part of everyday life-values that have shaped his personal and professional journey. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, followed by a Master’s degree in Engineering Geology, laying a strong technical foundation for his career.
After graduation, Curt spent six years with Exxon Corporation in their petroleum and mining fields before becoming actively involved in the emerging environmental cleanup profession. He is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer and a Licensed Professional Geologist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In 1988, Curt founded his own environmental consulting business and successfully completed more than 300 projects over a five-year period.
Since 1994, Curt has also provided long-term, effective leadership in two churches. Under his leadership, one congregation grew from approximately 50 people to more than 350 over 24 years and completed four major building projects. His ministry leadership reflects a unique blend of strategic thinking, servant leadership, and spiritual faithfulness.
Curt is now a Certified John Maxwell Leadership trainer and provides guidance to a variety of businesses. He is the founder and Senior Consultant at CM Consulting Solutions.
